(A) The Petsvote Service (the "Service") is a software product provided to you and maintained by Petsvote, Inc. ("Petsvote").

(B) By accessing, creating a profile and/or using the Service, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand your rights regarding your information and how Petsvote will collect, use and process it. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy in whole or in any part, you must not use the Service. Capitalised terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given in the Terms of Use, of which this Privacy Policy is an integral part.

1. What types of information does Petsvote collect?

Petsvote may collect and use the following information about you:

1.1. Information and content you provide.
Petsvote may collect the following information about you that you provide when using the Service, including when you register a profile by authorising through your Apple ID, create content and share it: your first name, surname, profile photo, information about your country and city of location, information about your pet (videos, name, pet type, pet species/subspecies, gender, age, date of birth, breed, country, city (state, region, oblast)), email, information about your relationships and actions in connection with profiles, advertising and sponsored content, as well as information from the content you provide (in particular, the location and date of content creation). The functionality of the Service requires Petsvote to collect your content and other information from your mobile device's camera and microphone (for example, you will not be able to record videos or upload content from your camera if Petsvote does not have access to your camera or microphone). For more information on how and for what purpose Apple processes your data when using Apple ID, please refer to Apple's privacy policy.

1.2. Technical information.
Petsvote may automatically collect certain information about you when you use the Platform, in particular: your IP address, location information, cookies, time zone data, information about your mobile device, including your device model, screen resolution, mobile operator data, operating system, battery level, signal strength, available memory, device signals (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, beacons, mobile network towers), data from device settings (for example, access to camera or microphone) and information about your use of the Service.

1.3. Behavioural information.
Petsvote may also collect information about your use of the Service, for example, information about your activity (results of your voting in the Service, views of video stories of pets of other users of the Service, search for users and pets by name), content you create and publish in the Service, content you interact with in the Service, the time, frequency and duration of your actions.

1.4. Information from third parties.
Petsvote may receive information about you from third parties if you use any other software product operated by Petsvote, and may also receive information about you from third parties who have the legal right to provide Petsvote with your information (for example, from advertising networks and analytics service providers) and from other sources, including business directories and other commercial or publicly available sources.

1.5. Purchase of virtual gifts.
You may purchase virtual gifts for pets of other users of the Service. If you decide to purchase such gifts, you will be redirected to the App Store on your mobile device to complete the purchase. In connection with this purchase, Petsvote will collect and process information about the purchases you make (including, but not limited to: the fact of purchase, date and time, cost, type of virtual gift purchased, number of points awarded, identifier of the recipient pet).

2. How will Petsvote use your information?

2.1. Petsvote will use the information collected about you for the following purposes:
2.1.1. to provide other users of the Service with access to your information and/or content;
2.1.2. to promote the Service and use the information and/or content you provide to Petsvote when publishing in the Service, as part of Petsvote's advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the Service, including the publication of your content on social networks and other platforms;
2.1.3. to provide and administer the Service to you, as well as for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistics collection and conducting surveys, obtaining feedback to improve the stability of the Service;
2.1.4. to promote the security, integrity and protection of the Service. Petsvote uses the available information to verify profiles and actions, combat harmful behaviour, detect and prevent spam and other negative experiences, maintain the integrity of the Service and promote safety and security on and off the Service;
2.1.5. to provide you with, personalise, improve and develop the Service, personalised content that may be of interest to you;
2.1.6. to offer you and other users of the Service potentially interesting goods and services;
2.1.7. to provide you with service features depending on the country you have selected, such as advertising and other content related to the choice of a particular country;
2.1.8. to show you relevant advertising;
2.1.9. to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising that Petsvote shows you and other users;
2.1.10. to detect abuse, fraud and illegal activity on the Service;
2.1.11. to verify that you have reached the age required to use the Service (in accordance with legal requirements);
2.1.12. to award points for virtual gifts and to generate the Top Chart of pet video stories;
2.1.13. to notify you of changes to the Service;
2.1.14. to communicate with you, including, but not limited to, sending you marketing offers, communicating with you about the Service, and responding to your enquiries;
2.1.15. to provide technical support;
2.1.16. to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, and other Petsvote terms and policies;
2.1.17. to receive and/or process payments in accordance with the App Store rules.

3. How is your information shared?

3.1. Your information may be shared with third parties in the following ways:
3.1.1. if you share information and/or content on the Service.
When you share information and/or content using the Service, you disclose such information and/or content to all users of the Service. Your information and/or content may be accessed, sent, viewed, downloaded and accessed on or outside the Service;
3.1.2. if your content on the Service is distributed by third parties.
Third parties who can see your information and/or content on the Service may share this information with other third parties on or outside the Service.

3.2. Petsvote may work with third-party partners who may help Petsvote provide and improve the Service. Petsvote does not sell and will never sell your information. Petsvote also strictly limits how partners may use and disclose the data provided by Petsvote. Petsvote may transfer your information to the following third parties:
3.2.1. Petsvote's business partners so that Petsvote may make special offers to you through the Service;
3.2.2. advertisers and advertising networks that require data to select and display advertising to you and other users of the Service (reports on the types of people (for example, demographic data, interest information) who view their advertising and the effectiveness of their advertising may be provided to better understand the audience, but information identifying your identity (for example, name or email) may not be provided without your permission);
3.2.3. cloud storage service providers to store the information you provide for the duration of your profile on the Service, as well as to perform any contract that Petsvote enters into with you;
3.2.4. analytics and search engine operators who help Petsvote optimise and improve the Service, IT service providers, data centre and hosting providers of Petsvote's servers.

3.3. Petsvote will transfer your information to law enforcement agencies, government authorities or other organisations if required by applicable law, or if such transfer is necessary to:
3.3.1. comply with legal obligations, procedures or requirements;
3.3.2. ensure compliance with the Terms of Use, of which this Privacy Policy is an integral part, as well as any other agreements, policies and standards, including the procedure for investigating any potential violations of these documents;
3.3.3. detect, prevent or otherwise respond to security threats or fraud; or
3.3.4. protect Petsvote's rights, property or safety, as well as the rights, property or safety of users of the Service, third parties or the public in accordance with legal requirements.

3.4. Petsvote will also disclose your information to third parties:
3.4.1. in the event of the sale or purchase of any business or assets, Petsvote will disclose your data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; or
3.4.2. in the event of a sale, purchase, merger, acquisition or collaboration with other companies or businesses, or the sale of some or all of Petsvote's assets (in such transactions, user information will be among the transferred assets, among other things).

4. Cookies

4.1. Petsvote may use cookies and other similar technologies ("Cookies") to improve the Service and provide you with targeted advertising, as well as use third-party analytical tools. Cookies are small files that, when placed on your device, allow us to provide certain functions and features.
Petsvote may ask advertisers or other partners to serve advertising or services to your device, which may use Cookies placed by Petsvote or a third party.

5. How to manage or delete your information? Your rights

5.1. If you have created a profile on the Service, you can access and update and/or correct certain personal information that you have provided to Petsvote by logging into your profile on the Service and using the functions and features available there.

5.2. Depending on which event occurs first, Petsvote stores information about you until:
5.2.1. it no longer needs it to provide the Service; or
5.2.2. you delete your profile on the Service.
The storage period is determined by Petsvote on a case-by-case basis and depends on:
- the nature of the data, the purpose of its collection (including, but not limited to, the legitimate business purposes of its collection) and processing, operational needs for its storage;
- contractual obligations and rights of Petsvote in relation to the relevant information;
- legal obligations of Petsvote under applicable law and regulations to retain data for a certain period of time;
- the limitation period in accordance with applicable law, as well as disputes or potential disputes.

5.3. You may delete your profile on the Service at any time. Upon deletion of your profile at your request, Petsvote deletes all personal information that you provided during registration and use of the Service and the content that you published on the Service, and such information and content cannot be restored thereafter. Information about you and/or your content that has been shared by third parties is not part of your profile and cannot be deleted. Deletion of your profile and/or content from the Service does not automatically result in the deletion of your content from social networks, advertising materials and other platforms where Petsvote has previously lawfully published your content. Petsvote is entitled, but not obliged, to take measures to delete such content from external platforms. The decision to delete or retain content on external platforms is made by Petsvote at its sole discretion.

5.4. After you cease using the Service, Petsvote may store your information in an aggregated and anonymised format. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Petsvote may also retain any personal information that is reasonably necessary to fulfil Petsvote's legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Petsvote's agreements.

5.5. You may opt out of receiving marketing or advertising emails by using the "Unsubscribe" link or mechanism indicated in the marketing or advertising emails you receive from Petsvote.

5.6. Petsvote takes measures to ensure the secure handling of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although Petsvote does its best to protect your information, Petsvote cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted through the Service. You agree that any transmission of information is at your own risk.
Petsvote may from time to time include links to websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliated companies in its mailings. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that Petsvote assumes no responsibility for these policies. Please review these policies before submitting any information to these websites.

6. How will Petsvote notify you of changes to this Privacy Policy?

From time to time, Petsvote may make changes to this Privacy Policy. In doing so, Petsvote will make reasonable efforts to notify all users of such changes. However, you should regularly review the terms of this Privacy Policy to check for such changes. Petsvote will also update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy, which reflects the effective date of the relevant changes. Your continued access to or use of the Service after the date of the last revision of this Privacy Policy means your agreement to them. If you do not agree with the new version of the Privacy Policy, you must stop accessing or using the Service.
