This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes information processed by Petsvote, Inc. in order to support and provide Petsvote Service to you.
(A) Petsvote Service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) is a software product provided to you and supported by Petsvote, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the Petsvote).
(B) By accessing the Service, creating a profile and/or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and understand your rights in respect of your information and the way Petsvote applies to collect, use, and process it. If you do not accept the Policy in full or in part, you should not use the Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning specified in the Service Terms of Use of which this Policy form an integral part.

(D) The Service is meant to be used by persons of age 13 and older, unless other minimum age for the Service use is established by law of the country where the Service is used. If Petsvote becomes aware of any fact that the personal data have been received from persons younger than 13 years old or other minimum age for the Service use prescribed by law of the country where the Service is used, Petsvote will delete such information and profile. If you believe that Petsvote has collected any information from persons younger than 13 years old or other minimum age for the Service use prescribed by law of the country where the Service is used, please contact Petsvote by e-mail: petsvoteapp@gmail.com.
Petsvote may collect and use the following information about you:
1.1. Information and Content Provided by You.
Petsvote may collect the following information about you which is provided by you when using the Service, including at
the time of your profile registration through login via connected social networks or other account or authentication
systems (Facebook, Twitter, VK, Google Accounts, Apple ID), content creation and sharing: your name, surname, profile
photo, information about your country and city, information about your pet (photos, name, type of a pet,
species/subspecies of a pet, sex, age, date of birth, breed, country, city (state, region, district), URLs to your pet's
Instagram), e-mail, information about your relationships and actions with profiles, ads and sponsor content, information
from the content provided by you (in particular, place and date of content creation). The Service infrastructure
requires Petsvote to collect your content and other information from your device camera (e.g. you cannot send content or
upload content from your camera if you haven't given access to your camera or photos to Petsvote). When logging the
Service via connected social networks or other account or authentication systems (Facebook, Twitter, VK, Google
Accounts, Apple ID), you grant to Petsvote or approve your social network, account or authentication system to provide
Petsvote with information from your social network, account or authentication system. Please read the relevant Privacy
Policy of such social networks, account or authentication systems for further information about the way and purpose of
your data processing by such social networks, account or authentication systems.
1.2. Technical Information.
Petsvote may collect certain information about you automatically when you use the Platform, including: your IP,
information about your location, Cookies, information about time zone, information about your mobile device, including
model of your mobile device, screen resolution, information about cellular carrier, mobile number (if accessible),
operating system, battery power, signal strength, available memory, signals of devices (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, locators,
cellular towers), information from device setting (e.g. access to camera or photos) and information about your use of
the Service.
1.3. Behavioral Information.
Petsvote may collect information about your use of the Service, e.g. information about your activity (results of your
voting in the Service, visiting profiles of other Service users' pets), content created and published by you in the
Service, content you are interested in, time, frequency and duration of your actions in the Service.
1.4. Third-Party Information.
Petsvote may receive information about you from third parties if you'll use any other software product controlled by
Petsvote, as well as receive information about you from third parties that have a legitimate right to provide Petsvote
with your information (e.g. from advertising networks and analytical service providers) and from other sources including
business catalogs and other commercial or publicly available sources.
1.5. Purchasing Priority Impressions of Your Pet's Profile.
You may purchase priority impressions of your pet's profile in order to demonstrate it to other users of the Service. If
you decide to purchase such impressions, you'll be redirected to App Store on your mobile device to complete the
purchase. Petsvote will collect your personal information relating to this purchase.
2.1. Petsvote will use collected information about you for the purposes as follows:
2.1.1. for other users of the Service to access your information and/or content;
2.1.2. to promote the Service and use information and/or content provided by you to Petsvote when making publication in
the Service within Petsvote's advertising and marketing campaigns for Service promotion;
2.1.3. to provide you with access to and administer the Service, as well as for internal operations, including
troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, study, collection of statistics, and surveys, receiving feedbacks to improve
stability of the Service;
2.1.4. to promote safety, integrity and security of the Service. Petsvote uses available information to verify profiles
and actions, fight against harmful behavior, identify and prevent spam and other annoying experience, preserve Service
integrity and promote safety and security in and out of the Service;
2.1.5. to ensure personalization, improvement, and development of the Service, personalized content, which may be
interesting to you;
2.1.6. to offer potentially interesting goods and services to you and other users of the Service;
2.1.7. to provide you with Service features depending on the country you have selected, such as advertisement and other
content related to the selection of one or another country;
2.1.8. to show relevant ads;
2.1.9. to evaluate effectiveness of the ad demonstrated by Petsvote to you and other users;
2.1.10. to identify violations, fraud, and illegal activities in the Service;
2.1.11. to verify the fact of attaining by you required age to use the Service (in accordance with legal requirements).
2.1.12. to notify you of any changes in the Service;
2.1.13. to contact you, including, but not limited to, sending you marketing offers, getting your feedback regarding the
Service, and responding to your requests;
2.1.14. to provide technical support;
2.1.15. to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use, this Policy, and other Petsvote's terms and policies;
2.1.16. to receive and/or effect payments in line with App Store rules.
3.1. Your information may be provided to third parties in the cases as follows:
3.1.1. if you share information and/or content in the Service.
When you share any information and/or content using the Service, you communicate such information and/or content to all
the users of the Service. Provision of access, sending, viewing, downloading, and access to your information and/or
content in and outside the Service are possible;
3.1.2. if your content in the Service is disseminated by third parties.
Third parties that can see your information and/or content in the Service can share this information with any other
third parties both in and outside the Service.
3.2. Petsvote may cooperate with third-party partners that can help Petsvote to provide and improve the Service.
Petsvote does not and will not at any time sell you information. In addition, Petsvote strictly limits the partners in
the manners of use and disclosure of data provided by Petsvote. Petsvote may transfer your information to any of the
following third parties:
3.2.1. Petsvote's business partners in order Petsvote to be able to make special offers to you via the Service;
3.2.2. advertisers and advertising networks, which need the data to select and show ads to you and other users of the
Service (for the better understanding of the audience, the reports on types of people (e.g. demographic data,
information about interests) who see their ads and the effectiveness of ads can be provided, however, no identifying
information can be provided without your consent (e.g. name or e-mail);
3.2.3. cloud storage service providers for storage of information provided by you within the period of existence of your
profile in the Service, as well as for performance of any contract entered into between Petsvote and you;
3.2.4. analytical and search engines operators that help Petsvote to optimize and improve Service, IT service providers,
data processing center and hosting providers of Petsvote's servers.
3.3. Petsvote will communicate your information to law enforcement authorities, public agencies, and other institutions
if doing so is required by applicable law, or such communication is required to:
3.3.1. comply with statutory obligations, procedures or requirements;
3.3.2. ensure compliance with the Service Terms of Use, of which this Policy forms an integral part, and any other
agreements, policies, and standards, including investigation procedure in respect of any potential breach of these
documents;
3.3.3. identify, prevent, or otherwise respond to security threats or fraud; or
3.3.4. protect the Petsvote's rights, property or safety, as well as the rights, property or safety of the users of the
Service, third parties or society in its entirety in accordance with the legal requirements.
3.4. Petsvote will also disclose your information to third parties:
3.4.1. in the event that Petsvote sells or purchases any business or assets, it will disclose your data to a prospective
seller or buyer of such business or assets; or
3.4.2. in the event of sale, purchase, merger, acquisition, or joint venture with other companies or enterprises, or
sale of any or all assets of Petsvote (in such transactions, the transferred assets will include, without limitation,
users' information).
4.1. Petsvote may use Cookies and other similar technologies (Cookies) to improve the Service and provide you with
targeted advertisement, as well as use any third-party analytical tools. Cookies are small files which, upon their
location on your device, allow us to provide certain functions and opportunities.
Petsvote may request the advertisers and other partners to provide ads or services to your device, which may use Cookies
located by Petsvote or third parties.
5.1. If you created profile in the Service, you can access to, update, and/or correct certain personal information, which you've provided to Petsvote, by entering your profile in the Service and using functions and solutions available there.
5.2. Petsvote will store information about you until (whichever occurs first):
5.2.1. there is no need in it to provide the Service; or
5.2.2. you delete your profile in the Service.
The period of storage is defined by Petsvote individually and depends on the following:
- nature of data, purpose of their collection (including, without limitation, legal business purposes of their
collection) and processing, operational needs in their storage;
- contractual obligations and rights of Petsvote in relation to the respective information;
- Petsvote's legal obligations under applicable law and legislative acts governing data storage within certain period of
time;
- limitation period under the current law, as well as pending or threatened disputes.
5.3. You may delete your profile in the Service at any time. When deleting the profile, at your request, Petsvote will delete all personal information communicated by you during registration and use of the Service, as well as the content published by you in the Service, and such information and content will become unavailable for restoration in future. Information about you and/or your content that has got shared by third parties is not a part of your profile and is not to be deleted.
5.4. After you ceased to use the Service, Petsvote may store your information in generalized or depersonalized form. Notwithstanding the above, Petsvote may also store any personal information which is reasonably needed to fulfill Petsvote's legal obligations, settle disputes, and ensure compliance with the Petsvote's agreements.
5.5. You may unsubscribe from marketing or advertising e-mails using the link "Unsubscribe" or a mechanism specified in marketing or advertising e-mails, which you receive from Petsvote.
5.6. Petsvote makes sure that your information is handled safely in line with this Policy. Unfortunately, information
transmission via the Internet is not entirely safe. Although Petsvote makes its best efforts to protect your
information, Petsvote cannot guarantee the safety of your information transmitted via the Service. You acknowledge that
any transmission of information is performed at your own risk.
From time to time, Petsvote may include links to websites of partner networks, advertisers and affiliates into its
mailings. If you forward the link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own Privacy
Policies and Petsvote assumes no liability for those policies. Please make sure you've read those policies before you
provide any information to these websites.
Petsvote may amend this Policy from time to time. In such a case, Petsvote will use reasonable endeavors to notify all users thereof. However, you should review the terms of this Policy on a regular basis in order to familiarize yourself with such amendments. Petsvote will also update the date of last revision in the upper part of this Policy, which indicates the effective date of respective amendments. Your continued access or use of the Service after the last revision date hereof means that you agree to the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you should stop accessing or using the Service.

If you use the Service in the Russian Federation, you give your consent (for the purposes of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended) or any other regulatory act substituting it) for personal data processing in accordance with this Policy. Furthermore, you give your consent for a cross-border transmission of your personal data to any country where Petsvote's databases or affiliates are located, inter alia, to the USA.
